WEEK 5-6

Learn how to intercept your Saboteurs when they try to control your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Spot how your Saboteurs are using limiting beliefs and damaging your self-confidence, well-being, performance and relationships.

WEEK 7-9

Discover the power of your positive self and practice the Sage Perspective to convert challenges into opportunities, lower your stress and improve your focus.

WEEK 10

90 min – individual sessions with each participant for planning the next steps. Scheduled within 4 weeks after the 9th week.

“Life is an experience to enjoy fully, every single day.”
This statement has been my guiding light for as long as I can remember. 

I knew very early on that I would create a life for myself that extended beyond the borders of my native Switzerland. I built an intensely-satisfying corporate career that allowed me to travel the world, while simultaneously gaining vast experience as a C-suite executive.
After 30 years in upper management of Human Resources, I realized that my career was no longer driving me, but draining me. And at 53, I embarked on my own journey to entrepreneurship with the creation of PointNorth International.

Today, I successfully help professionals reinvent their careers to be in alignment with their values and purpose, as well as corporations looking to create a culture more aligned with their current long-term goals.

Over the course of my career, I’ve witnessed things like accomplishment, passion and collaboration cast aside, deemed as unvaluable in the workplace. I was truly shocked at how often employees are treated as resources rather than as the unique, incredibly valuable individuals they truly are. This leads to people feeling uninspired, unmotivated and unaligned… And to corporations lacking the culture, systems and practices necessary for long-term sustainable success. I am convinced that valuing the experience, talent, passion and potential of individuals is the key to lasting success, both personally and professionally.
